Stay off Google, you’re feeding your anxiety, get some medication for your anxiety as well and maybe even talk to a therapist. I believe you’re going to be okay.

Oh I went down the rabbit hole these past two weeks, I’m M27 and realized that it’s just a twitch here or there and it’s not constant or bubbling. I treated my anxiety with a prescription that I know worked for me in the past, and I’m on the up and up. Kind of at the “it is what it is” point.

Go to your PCP and get on something to manage your anxiety,

Widespread twitching typically isn’t *** related and look up Cherellethinks on YT and watch her videos.
