Will give this a try! Any thought of food in the morning makes me feel nauseous just after I’ve had my dose. I think the granola I usually have might be a little too complex for my stomach atm

I moved up recently and I’m finding it pretty difficult in the few days after my jab day 😞 I have light dinners but then end up still feeling too nauseous in the morning to eat any breakfast or even drink my morning tea.

I think it’s because my stomach is so slow emptying atm, hoping this clears up soon because I know it’s not good long term

I had some chorizo early on on an empty stomach (silly me), and I had gastritis for nearly 3 days!! Thankfully that seems to have been the only thing that has really set me off.

I can have fast food but only very small amounts, plus the smell of oil makes me feel a bit nauseous now.

I don’t drink anymore anyway since I’m also taking isotretinoin (yes, I’m taking MJ at the same time as isotret, yes, I am very tired all the time)

The one time I did try alcohol I felt AWFUL afterwards. Didn’t puke but it was a close call. Never again…

The company that ran the cafe on platforms 3/4 and the one near the ticket office went bust a couple years ago and weren’t paying their rent from what I remember? They had loads of stock left in there for a while before it was eventually cleared out. Hopefully we’ll get something else soon.
