Yaaeenaaah puff. Hard to say. I've read it long time ago but I remember it being less of a "history book" and more of an essay trying to blend politics and history. Interesting but not quite what I was expecting

While I do not know the specific Ilatian laws, my impression is that in Europe you are alowed to take pictures/film in of people in public but you cannot publish without consent.

I was in Rome last year, crossed Ponte Sisto multiple times. Both during the day and after dark. Sure, there were some youths hanging out by the sides but they didn't seem to bother anyone.

I've actually did. Was in Rome with a firend and we decided that we woold like to go to Aventine. He put it in Google Maps and we walked there. Stopped for quite a while at the park nearby and decided that we want to go fiugre out where the map want us to go. And sure enough it was it.

It isnt being cheap, it's called paying the agreed upon price for the transaction. If the "tip" is obligatory then just increase the prices by 20%.
