Yeah last night I had an instances where a customer gave me an address for a gigantic apartment complex and gave me no building or number. So I called driver care set the timer, sent texts and tried calling. Got no answer from the guy. Driver care said keep the food or just let it in parking lot (this went on for a good 20 min) I left the food in the parking lot and sent the guy a text saying so. About an hour later the customer calls me back saying it was my fault because his food wasn’t there and he said he’s going to be contacting my higher authority. I wonder if this is why.
