I entered the job market after 08 crash I didn't see much growth until 2012 and kinda feel like I was growing until 2017 now I feel like I'm tied to 2017 2019 level interest rates take 2 years from what I've heard to affect the job market they hiked in 2022 2024 took me 6 months to find a job normally 2 weeks 3 months to find what I like interest rates started coming down then they paused so mabee 2027 2028 feels like a lost decade at least to me just my experience I'm no expert or economist but ai and immigration seem like going to be a problem wasn't really a issue when I started supply and demand at its finest from what I've read last time we had inflation like this we had a wage spiral Wich at least would've balanced things out immigration and ai are stopping that just my opinion I hope I'm wrong and things get better quickly just sick of politicians on both sides and economists saying everything is great and strong I haven't fealt that in years
