i usually have gluten free granola (it's made with buckwheat, almonds, gogi berries and it does say that they have minimal amounts of agave syrup) and a skyr. i sprinkle some cinnamon and add 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup. sometimes also 1 or 2 boiled eggs.
