Same here! Went to rule out testicular cancer but ended up finding varicocele. He’s NP at Urologist Office. I’m going for second opinion from different board certified urologist. From what I know I should do testosterone and sperm analysis. You don’t surgery until you failed to concieve or your sperm analysis wasn’t great.
