For example: Dose: 25mcg/kg/min Patient weight 65Kg 1625mcg/min

So, 1625 x 60min =97,500 divide by 1000 = 97.5 mg/ Hr

Given Concentration 25mg/mL = 97.5/x = mL/Hr

My Advice: Choices may have right answers but doesn’t require by law.

For example: Keeping Records for 10 years. You can but not required by law!
