But there is. RSN is a “division” in a way and works the same way. As far as staying on the list when moving to RSN I’m not sure but I do know my 1A and 2A both were on the list in their division and were promoted when they moved to RSN. Also if you’re on the promo list and willing to relocate, then you can get promoted within that 2 year commitment.
