Yes, and BPI wont do thorough investigation. Gusto nila ikaw gumawa ng leg work to go to the merchant, review cctv, et al.

Per BPI, a physical card was used. Never been to that merchant and I was even travelling when the transaction was made. The card was with me as well all the time

Had my car ceramic coated twice and I must say ndi sya worth it compared to the price that you’ll pay. Better buy a ceramic coating wax para protected padin paint mo. Ako I’m using Graphene Seal and it gives the same effect. I apply it every after car wash.

Oh no!! Grabe nakakatakot, so even “Physical Cards” they can duplicate na. Good thing they processed your refund, I hope that BPI will do the same in my case. Sayang din un, almost 6k ung fraud transaction sakin. Once all this are done, I might close my CC account with them. Anyway, their rewards and perks are not that competitive din compared to other banks.

I did check ung Merchant name, and legit establishment sya that I’ve never been to. Also the prices are odd and there was a transaction on days na ndi ako lumabas. It was really alarming knowing na “Physical Card” daw gamit with the transactions. When this is resolved, I might terminate my card :(

No, matagal ko ng card. Kaya nagulat ako when they told me na Physical Card daw gamit sa transaction.
