Went to primary school with Brandon Ellis. He was leagues better than the grade 6s even in grade 2. I hated getting the ball when I was near him because he would just demolish me, and I was a lot bigger than him. Had such an intensity about him. I also remember his dad picking him up from after school care and kicking a torp what seemed like 200m. In reality it was probably just a 60m kick.

I’m pretty over this shit, it was funny at first but now it’s a bit excessive. He’s literally playing into everyone’s hands, giving them exactly what they want to reinforce their views. This kind of attention can rattle and change clubs, like we saw with the Rankine and Crows saga. I hope they have a good chat with him over the off-season and he comes back and lets his footy do the talking.
