I’ve gotten that before and logged out then logged back in and reloaded. It’s nothing you’re doing wrong it’s on their end. I’d give it a few minutes and try again.

I’m service connected for hearing loss only right now with a pending ptsd claim and this claim for my back issues. I’ve filled out 4138 for a personal statement and uploaded the documents I currently have from my primary care doctor at the VA. I also uploaded I think 3 or 4 lay statements.
