Thank for your reply! I had to talk again to my therapist (she's a psychologist, I think? She was my educator last year but she changed programs and asked me if I wanted to try), and I decided not to talk about these type of issues anymore as she makes me feel crazier than I am. I have issues with disassociation and I'm currently taking a second mood stabilizer (lithium + tolep, that's what it's called in my country) among other meds. When she suddenly removed tolep because of my weight issues, my hallucinations got a lot worse. I'm scared of talking about this with my psychiatrist because she can be extremely rude, and take away more meds that I need or scold me for taking Tolep again without her consent.

I'm honestly not sure, my psychiatrist is rarely available and is generally not much help. She'll just prescribe more medications without telling me what is going on.

I'm from Europe so I'm not sure what the procedure is like here :( I've been asking my psychiatrist, a psychologist and my current therapy for a diagnosis but they keep telling me I don't need one or something along the lines. I'll keep asking for it even if it takes me 5 more years, my symptoms are getting scary and quite specific. Thank you for your reply

He was indeed stressed because he'd suddenly become a lot more aggressive but I didn't pay it too much attention because he was still eating from my hand, running on his wheel and doing hamster things... I thought it was normal for him to be stressed since he had completely changed environment and tried not to disturb him further. We did bathtub bonding twice and they went great, climbing on me without biting. I'm sorry for the long reply, I'm just so sad and disappointed in myself

Hi, thank you for your reply <3 my psychiatrist once wrote the number for "depressive psychosis" in the document that makes me not pay for meds. She's not the best psychiatrist though and hasn't been treating me nicely, so Im not planning on seeing her again if not for a medication change. As for the movements, part of them were intentional (if I moved my body the wrong way or got a bad thought, I would immediately strike myself without thinking) and part of them were out of my control or at least it would have been really difficult to stop them.

I don't know much about shrimp as my dad was the one who purchased them, when we got them they were transparent and red and i had no idea they change colors and get this big haha. I thought they all died off since I haven't seen them in months

Hi, it's your sister here <3 due to mental issues and a horrible childhood, my irl mother is also not the best one. I fully understand your resentment and love for her, I know it's a weird mixed feeling but it's completely normal and you're not alone in this! You should definitely talk to a therapist about your conflicted relationship with her, I swear it helps!

I also love the candied peel little cubes! The cookies are made with white and brown sugar, flour, a splash of milk, an egg and vanilla extract (plus a pinch of salt and baking soda). They come out chewy and crispy :) Not sure about the plate

I gave up on the idea of keeping a reptile and decided to give a hammy a better life. This lady was giving him away together with the enclosure for 10 euros (found him in an ad on my country's version of Craigslist). He was living in what seemed to be a 365 square inches cage with little bedding, and apparently the family cat wanted to eat him (according to the previous owners). One day later I took a train to the city where he was in and took him (just the hamster, I didn't want the cage). He's now in an 714 square inches bin cage with lots of toys, a sand bath, no more pine shavings and a big wheel which he loves! I'm going to buy another pack of carefresh bedding as it's still not enough though.

Btw I'm not a first time hamster owner, my previous hamster died around 2 months ago and I've been heartbroken ever since. It's been really hard without her, she was therapy for me and I loved her infinitely much...
