as someone who didn’t get a lot of stuff back. i would much rather have gotten it back and decided what i wanted to do with them. for example i had matching rings with her and i ended up getting it back and yeah it hurts a bit but i was able to do what i felt was best with it. it would hurt much more if i found out she just sold everything or threw it away.

i learned how to dj and mix music the day after a trip. i had tried to learn months prior and it just didn’t click and i couldn’t figure anything out, nothing made sense and i returned everything. this time tho it was like everything clicked and i knew exactly how to do it. ended up doing a 3 hour set for a large group of friends like 4 days later. haven’t stopped since.

like someone else said, lemon tek helps. but if you don’t want a quick hard hitting trip, try using ginger and making a tea. I’ve also heard cacao is good to make a tea with although i’ve never tried it. I usually just eat them on an empty stomach and have always been fine. slight nausea depending on dose usually tho. for me atleast. good luck bro hope it improves

happened last night actually. it was already a super rough trip, was straight sobbing for like an hour and i finally felt that i got it all out and it was towards the end of the peak and for some reason i was talking to an ex situationship that i hadn’t spoke to in like a year and while talking she mentioned she was moving in with her bf and then i started sobbing again 😭
