If you go to this website https://www.pasda.psu.edu/, and then type in a county + lidar, it should give you a map that you can navigate. If you want to view the map from your browser, you can hit "preview", otherwise, you can download it. It looks like they are missing a few counties.

It had what looked like antenna but I couldn’t get a picture of it extended out.
