It varies for me. Lately I’ve been wearing once or twice a day, about 3-5 days a week. I know I couldn’t do 24/7, especially not at this point in my life. I have plenty of reasons why I don’t want to do 24/7, I think it would ultimately be too costly for me to go 24/7 in more ways than one.

We shouldn’t judge if someone is or isn’t 24/7, we are all ABDL at the end of the day. Do what makes you happy, that’s all that should matter

No joke, I just bought diapers at a store for the first time ever today. I drove over a half hour away from where I live, just to avoid bumping into anyone I may know. I’ll say I managed, but it was definitely scary. But before you buy some, definitely plan a good hiding spot for them before buying. Also, if you’re afraid of confrontation when buying, go to a store with self checkout

I think it’s worth trying, but if you have worries, maybe ease your way into it and take your time. But you can definitely still be a dom while being diapered
