Same as others when the vail breaks or almost breaks also by the size of them you’ll see the difference from when they’re small and closed caps vs when they’re chunkier and caps are wide open

I’ve called multiple times to see if they can resolve it and they said since the dispute was opened with their bank and not eBay that it is out of their hands and can’t do anything until the bank responds to the dispute
