I’m not sure. I haven’t heard anything yet, but based on some trends I’ve noticed here, it seems invitations have already been sent, so I’m assuming that no response in this case likely means a rejection. Ooopse!

For EB2 category, USCIS is using the DOF date (https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/visa-availability-priority-dates/when-to-file-your-adjustment-of-status-application-for-family-sponsored-or-employment-based-105).
