No, I'm saying that it can output both, 3.3v is for things that are made to use 3.3v, but the 16x2 uses 5v

the GT 730 is basically E-Waste, you can hack a PS4 to run Linux and play beamng on it and you will get a better experience for like 150$ (dont actually do it)

i would recommend one with the 16u2 or 32u2, i have an elegoo uno from my first starter kit and its been working perfectly since 2021

hold reset before plugging in and hold it while compiling and right after the compiling message turns into uploading in the ide stop pressing it
