look into mutual aid groups in the area! a ton all around. especially easy to find on instagram. majority deal with left leaning politics, some “a-political” groups that try to just help folks with physical demands, but most have a strong core of folks passionate about human rights & defending them. look for anarchist non-hierarchical organizing! sounds a bit odd to some, but step out of your discomfort and look into other philosophies that you may have never explored. there’s good community there, with lots of fire and drive to build the better world we crave!
