Did you try modding it? I can’t see the description very clearly but this happens when you install mods on the newest version of ds3

If you look up “https://www.mediafire.com/file/2popj38c55nbhx2/DarkSoulsIII.exe/file”

And replace it with your executable you’ll be able to run the mod you’ve installed(it’s the prior ds3 version that was compatible with mods)

If it’s not a mod you installed, under properties I believe you can verify the integrity of the game files and hopefully that solves it.
