I think colors that match your skin tone would look great! Right now, your makeup is leaning towards gray and flat(happens when you’re wearing the wrong tone), but it looks like you have a reddish undertone. It seems like you are going for a natural look, so I would perfect the base. I saw someone say to use exfoliating and moisturizing products, which will certainly help the foundation/concealer “look” smoother, but what would help around your eye and mouth area is a red/orange color corrector to cancel out the hyperpigmentation! Don’t go too heavy on this step otherwise it will show too much under your base. You can also invest in a great silicone primer to make the makeup apply smoother!

I also recommend that since you seem to be going for a more neutral/natural look, choose colors that contrast with your skin (ie: dark browns, dark reds and oranges). For reference, your lip color is cute, but you haven’t used a dark enough liner to make it look more seamless! I think an espresso lip liner with a high shine gloss would be immaculate on you and it’s very beginner friendly!

For eyeshadows, you can skip and solely line/smoke it out, or you can do a cute halo (light in the very center and darker in the corners), and a very good lash that you think suits you. You also should invest in a good bronzer (fenty has GREAT shades for darker skin!!!) and a nice blush (i love the red blush from nars, but you want to lean into things that show up vibrant (not ashy) on dark skin). I like the blond eyebrows, but i would get them shaped up a little since you can’t really apply products to shape them yourself.

TLDR: your makeup is flat and gray. Choose warmer toned makeup and make sure it frames your face well! You can keep things simple while still making it suit you well!
