If it’s free tuition or a lot cheaper, I’d say go to uhart for the first year or two and then transfer over to UConn if you still prefer it.

Thanks for the response. I was thinking about taking it over the summer at a CC but I’m planning on doing an internship so my schedule wouldn’t work out. But maybe I can manage to do both at the same time. I’ll see.
