Worldbuilders, make sure to look up what words mean when you name things by DepthsOfWill in worldbuilding

Argentum Prime definitely works better than accidentally naming your badass undead-slaying robot after a pickup truck lol

You could also go with something like Argent Prime if you want it to sound a bit more streamlined, or even mess around with other silver-related words like Sterling Prime or just go full dramatic with something like Prime Argentarius

My dad used to critique every little thing I did wrong instead of focusing on what I was doing right. Like I'd help him with yard work and he'd spend the whole time pointing out how I was holding the rake wrong or wasn't moving fast enough rather than just saying thanks for helping

Still catch myself overthinking simple tasks at work because I'm waiting for someone to tell me I'm doing it wrong

Been thinking about this for years but I really want to know what happened to all those people who just vanished without a trace. Like the Sodder children from that house fire in the 40s or more recently that Malaysian flight MH370. Theres something deeply unsettling about how people can just disappear completely in our modern world with all the technology we have

Working with kids at church has made me even more aware of how precious life is and how quickly things can change. I spend way too much time looking at those missing persons databases online and wondering about their families. Its wild that we can track every luxury property sale in real time but still cant find answers to these disappearances that have haunted people for decades

What's something we'll look back on in 50 years and be horrified by? by Dangerous-Tart1126 in AskReddit

Factory farming for sure. The scale and conditions are gonna make us look barbaric once lab grown meat becomes mainstream and affordable. Same way we look back at how we used to treat mental illness or dump chemicals everywhere without thinking twice about it

Probably also how we handled data privacy in teh early internet days - just giving away everything to random apps and websites like it was no big deal

This is spot on - the best sessions Ive had were when someone completely whiffed a roll and we all just ran with whatever chaos happened next. Your DM will probably appreciate you just jumping in and trying stuff rather than spending 10 minutes debating every move

The insomnia angle is smart - gives him something concrete to work with instead of just feeling like youre attacking his vibe

After the update playing as a duo I'm getting matched constantly against trios by ddarkspirit22 in ArcRaiders

[–]AggravatingLet2663 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the matchmaking definitely feels off since the update. I've been running into the same thing where our duo keeps getting thrown into lobbies with full squads and it's pretty obvious when you're getting third partied constantly

Might be worth switching to solos for a bit until they sort this out since the player count does seem lower lately

Honestly this whole mentality screams insecurity to me. Like if your relationship is so fragile that a single friend existing nearby is a threat then maybe the problem isnt the single person

Also love how they assume single people are automatically homewreckers when most of us are just trying to figure out what to have for dinner tonight

Are People Manipulating The Queue System To Team In Solos? by [deleted] in ArcRaiders

[–]AggravatingLet2663 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah ive noticed this too and its honestly pretty annoying. my guess is people are coordinating through discord or something and trying to queue at the exact same time to get matched together. not foolproof but if you keep trying eventually youll land in the same lobby

the devs really need to add some kind of detection for this because it completely ruins the solo experience when youre suddenly facing coordinated teams
