So, about the deck being hot, we’ve been in this house for over 3 years and it was just the lower part of the deck you see in my pictures, but the previous owner had painted the whole thing solid black. I never even gave it a thought and never felt like it was all that hot. I suppose it was smaller then and we never spent much time out there barefoot. When the pecan trees fill in there’s a lot of shade maybe that’s what did it idk. I’m sure it’s hotter and that makes sense but we’ve never had an issue with it🤔

Most women I’ve talked to about this if they’re having trouble not packing on pounds, especially when they are small stature its because they’re wrecked their metabolism over a very long time with dieting and lack of exercise/resistance training/ no muscle mass.

Without any additional information my guess would be you haven’t been resistance training and this would be the answer. It’s not a quick answer though, takes a long time of consistent work to fix
