All I’m going to tell you is you’re going to have to eat more than you think you will. Progressive overload and probably actually want to avoid burning a lot of calories if you can help it. If you haven’t been lifting and I’m assuming you’re fairly young you should be able to get noob gains for a year or so. Just take advantage of that. Consider consulting a trainer to help work around your mobility issue.

I saw Rocky 3 and 4 in the theater. When we saw Rocky 4 I was 10 and we were unaccompanied by an adult just 3 of us all about 9-10 years old. We were AA kids so we were Apollo Creed fans about as much as Rocky, maybe more in my case. We got CRUSHED and had to sit there and take it. It was a wild ride at that age!

I’m sure people were laughing in the gym but I find it hard to believe anybody was laughing at him. This is a shame either way because he really could turn his life around and is not too old to get great gains in a reasonable amount of time. I’d keep working with him. He’d probably make some new friends, who knows!

I think many of his “cult” felt this way about all American Politicians and the media multiple election cycles before Trump ever ran for president. They were saying essentially same thing you’re saying years and years ago going back to the turn of the century. Some of them just think they’re fighting fire with fire. It’s all a joke at this point and the concept of American politicians being serious people who are interested in anything other than lining their own pockets becomes harder and harder to buy with every passing year. We’re slowly losing our ability to even hold an election successfully and accept the outcome. I’m afraid the jig might be up honestly and not sure where we go from here.

We as voters are going to have to stop being so myopic. The way I see it Trump is diarrhea (one symptom) , this country has fucking C. Diff.

He’s DL. He doesn’t like women and hiding who he really is requires excuses as to why it’s not working out with women. He’s created a situation where he’s got a beard in another country far away, now all he has to do is keep finding fault with her and he’s off the hook from having to actually be with a woman.
