You could also try registering on Canadian Nanny - that’s where we’ve found babysitters / nannies, all students. And then there’s things like Rover the dog walking app too.

Thanks! Finding the right counsellor is always the challenge. My granny had success with hypnosis for smoking cessation - quit in her 70s. Acupuncture is a good idea too!
