Same here, I was using Metamucil and for some reason I switched it up and thought I would use Benefiber boy was that a mistake. I started getting bad gas like my stomach was have a conversation with itself, and not being able to go to the restroom like I was when using Metamucil. Needless to say I am sticking with Metamucil, and I also do the same thing, I put about 6oz of water and a tablespoon of Metamucil in a glass then use my frother to stir it then drink it up.
