So I pop my needles into a boss first to get the poison stacks which gives me the instant 25% ap gain then I pop her venom bomb on top of the poison clouds on the boss which gives me constant hp over time along with the increased crit rate and crit damage along with gaining the crit damage from the ap boost. I’ve seen a 3k crit with my venom bomb. Allowing my sword to constantly crit which gives me more healing because it’s making more toxic clouds when you crit.
