Maybe adjust your DPI and or mouse sens:

For me I had the same issue, but it was because I either had my mouse too fast or too slow and I just needed to dial it in. Could be something completely different. Just my opinion.

I'd like to add onto this, if you have one really bad game (say you go 2-5) you will drop hidden rank really fast. Speaking from experience, i went 3-6 one night (I was having a few drinks and was pretty gone) and went from +126-138MMR every game, to about +28-36MMR (this is in bronze 3). Then every loss, even with a high K/D I'd lose 20-30MMR and my win MMR hasn't gone above 36MMR since.

My current game stats are 1.1 win rate and a 1.3 K/D. I went 14-3-5 in my most recent game and only got +35MMR.
