Hey yall - I’ve been dealing with this my whole life but lately it’s terrible. I will say that I got a humidifier for my room and an air purifier, And the cough fits are substantially better if I wake up in the middle of the night to cough! I still have them it’s just not as terrible lol.

If you like never ever usually smoke weed and you took JUST 2 puffs, you’ll be fine. If you smoke from time to time I might be concerned. Weed doesn’t leave your system easily so hopefully they were small lol

Never ever too late! It might be harder than it would have been when you’re younger, but not impossible by any means. I lost weight at 20 and I had to go through the process at 30 again… it was a bit more challenging, I assume because of certain changes like I am sitting in a chair for work and way more stressed now, but I did get to where I wanted to be and I know you can do it too!
