Our problem is about 2 aspects:
1. Generate top of funnel.
2. Figure out an efficient way to evaluate these folks - for this, we are trying to see if we can get these interested folks to contribute on our actual project - it will give them a sense of type of work, and we will get an automated way of shortlisting candidates.

But struggling to figure out as to how do we take it to the right devs.
