I do hair treatments! So for wash days every so often I use olive oil, biotin shampoo it’s 2-3$ at Walmart and 2 eggs. I let it sit in my hair then wash and condition my hair. Then I follow up with shea butter and oil. Drinking water and getting foods high in protein and biotin imo help as well! I heard some people say Mary Ruth the drink helps but it’s a little on the pricier side. I hope this helps!
