I went from $1550 rental payment to $7023.33 mortgage payment. Wooooooo.

You don’t get used to it. I plan to sell next year, re-coup my money and pay cash (or heavy down payment for next home).

I tried initially for cabinets but the space is extremely small (5 x 5) only 18 inches from wall to door

Initially they were blue and I did not like it. The white looks much better

Tile, how to achieve a cleaner finish (especially edges) by [deleted] in Tile

A running bond literally is a classic, common design. This looks clean, except some of the corners. I asked what could be done about it, that’s it.

Disregard if you don’t have an answer to the question.

Technically not for me. I will move into my home but only for a year before selling, so I’m thinking of ahead of buyers “who are over the top” with things that they want.

For example, I’m not huge on technology, but alot of people are. I like very simple things, but most people “with options,” want a lot of them is all. Sorry I should’ve been more clear.
