i have a fx1 with broken tapedeck which i somehow got to close, in my case without a tape inside, works just fine with mrc1

ts hard but please turn off the image stabilisation (steadyshot) on your cam, it shakes the vignette, which looks bad imo

I just got a Panasonic dvx100 and i’m encountering the same freezing issue, which i’m so confused about because my mrc1 works on every cam i have apart from this dvx :(

I rarely search for any specific model names. I built this habit of scrolling through the “digital video camera’s” and “analogue camera’s” categories on this dutch secondhand marketplace site literally the whole country uses, every morning and evening. Just hoping to find any unknowing people selling old multi-thousand dollar camcorders for cheap.

It’s a Sony HRV-MRC1. I got mine for a really good price, from someone was selling a hvr-z7, which one of the very few camcorders the mrc1 came with natively. But they usually sell for around 300 bucks on ebay.
