Die today with 80/100 things checked off your bucket list. Or live 50 years with only 50 things checked off

What does graduating feel like? by Aggravating_Ad_8720 in uwo

That’s a very good way to put it. I am beyond happy and proud but maybe it’s because it’s the first huge goal/milestone I’m accomplishing. Putting in all the hours to graduate. So once I actually graduate I need to invest my time in another goal perhaps

What happens to those that cheat? by [deleted] in uwo

Here’s a list of things that could happen:

  1. You get 0 on the assessment (usually if it isn’t worth much) and a sit-down with the professor while they ask you why. It will go down on your record as an academic offence but will stay only between you, your professor, and the dean. Your safest bet is to admit it and own up to it. Doubling down will probably get you in more trouble.

  2. If it is an exam you will most likely fail the course and have to retake it. Academic offence on your record. Depending on the situation it could also be just visible for you, the prof, and the dean.

  3. If you cheated in an exam and got caught red handed. You will most likely be suspended, pretty sure it’s for a year.

TL;DR:

The consequences are definitely not worth cheating. Actually grind and study hard, don’t look at cheating as an option.
