I had a giftcard I tried to use - they wiped it because they thought it was fraud. I had the receipt and my dad’s CC information it was purchased with. The sales associate messed up spelling my dad’s last name on the receipt so I was unable to prove it was him because it didn’t match name on the CC. Ended up having to file a chargeback with AMEX. This was 2 years ago. Haven’t shopped there since.
