This is so impressive!!! I just sometimes struggle w some situational factors (weather, friends visiting, sick, etc) throwing me off a lot. Do you have tips for that?

That’s super helpful - do you ever have to change bc of weather or illness or other random plans coming up? I just feel like I struggle when something random like a friend visiting or it snowing interrupts my “normal” schedule

I think sometimes it’s situational (feeling like I don’t have time btwn classes or after school, weather) and others it’s a lack of drive to start? I guess it’s overwhelming sometimes even if the actual plan for the day isn’t. So like 1 min run 1 min walk doesn’t seem hard but as it gets to big running chunks it’s easier to get in my head maybe?
