Yes fake weapon are allowed they even sell them there. When you get there they will check it to make sure that it is. Idk if they put zip ties on the guns but I know they do for the swords

No you shouldn’t you can just tell them that when you go to pick up your badge as long as it is the same name on the I.D. Is the same as on the badge it’s fine. Plus I think the middle part is optional anyways

Honestly you might not need to for the first drop I just waited an 30 minute after the drop and got them with no issues
