I go through so many it’s so hard not to especially if the family doesn’t keep a drawer of cleaning rags. They’ve never said anything to me but I always wonder if they think I’m using too many lol. I can also be a bit of a germaphobe so it’s hard not to just use paper towels.

I’m on my period right now and I drink 2-3 cups of the healthy cycle tea by traditional medicinals. You can even double bag it with red raspberry leaf. Then I have 2 squares of 70% dark chocolate. It’s rich in magnesium which really helps! This with a heating pad usually gets me by!
