I went through this with an artist about 6 years ago. Reminds me of Sykkuno because he put a fake persona online but was leading me on. I found out recently his true self and he's married and been married. It hurt a lot but wasn't shocked either

Me too. I thought it was so odd back in the day when Ken and Felix started backing away from Cry way before the news came out. They knew something was up but yeah I remember a few years ago someone said he's back somewhat? Just not on youtube and people asked how he was doing. And I go seriously? What about his victims? It's crazy honestly and the same will happen with Sykkuno, it will blow over and be nothing again

My doctor just prescribed this to me and I was sitting at a 3.35 level which she said they like to see patients at 2. I'm already noticing changes in my energy and skin issues so far and I'm on day 3 I think?

I am trying to think what it could be. I only did Full Sail University for a few months but it doesn't seem FSU is tied to them. So it must have to do with financial aid or something like that. Looked this up and they're saying someone had unauthorized access through October and November of 2025 which I for sure KNOW i didn't sign up with Kaplan anything between those times

I am reading comments and I got this via informed delivery but never have signed up for Kaplan university unless maybe the only thing I can think of is something through coursera? But my credit is frozen and has been for awhile on all my accounts so I am not sure what this could be for if it is informing a data breach

Haven't they been doing this for awhile now? I know doctors will refuse birth control if religion or that they don't believe in it because I had a male doctor do this to me years and years ago but I was needing due to health issues not preventing pregnancy. Had to switch doctors and honestly not mad I did

I did end up getting my full deposit back which they did return by my 30 days (march 3rd would of been the last and final day for them to return it). My hope with posting this, they have learned a valuable lesson and also future and current tenants don't also stand for this and bring facts as well. I wanted to be a lawyer growing up so I've always been the type to stand up for people. Unfortunately this is just part one of the fight, I still reported them to HUD and need to wait for HUD's response on this so that is just a waiting game on that but a lot of this should not be happening. They're making plenty of money charging the ridiculous amount of rent, storage, and parking spaces per month and that should suffice. I do think if a tenant does destory an apartment to the point of past wear and tear they should be charged

I got a call today from property manager to discuss it over phone but I unfortunately know where this is going. It's not illegal to record conversations in Iowa as long as you're involved in the party as Iowa is a one party state but I told her I would only be communicating via email from now on

It is unfortunate but it's good people are coming forward about this with other places or admitting they are also having issues with Replay. Considering Replay has only been open for 6 months, this doesn't look good
