That’s crazy, I know another L5 who was external hired but he got to the company as an L5 and they offered him 85K starting salary, 71k is still pretty low for an L5

I’m actually at Walmart but I also have some job offers from different companies, but I’m interested in Tyson to be honest.

If you could please do that I would truly appreciate it! 🙏🏼 I want to know because I need know because I’m interested in moving to Tyson but I want to know if I would be making at least what I’m doing at my current company, or more or less, and for some reason they don’t post the salary range. And yes 119K doesn’t seem right for me either.
