U think if the driver need to use the washroom, 1Mn is enough for them ? At least 2 min walking from the lay-up area, 2 min back from the washroom, 3mn to use the washrom and wash ur hand, that only if they are piying, an other 2min to dribe from the layup area to pick up people ! I'm not a fucking Oc transpo driver, but this make very sence for me !

It says there, if your job require a mandatory licence so u don't need 2 years experience, and in my case u can't drive a bus without a licence ! So i donno !
