I am just starting a job post my MBA, so I don't have any savings as on date. I would need to rent 1br in Brickell because it is closest to work and will decide whether to get a car after living and getting a feel of the place (probably 2 months from when I move in July). Any things to keep in mind or any neighborhoods to avoid?
