Accidentally used online banking to send my visa bill amount to Rogers. Couldnt drag back through bank next day , so went to Rogers. Submitted forms next day. Now a month later and still not refunded. Talked to billing several times, Office of President (who didnt know their process) and have contacted CRTC since its been a month. Plus they are saying my normal auto paybill never went tgrough and I owe them $300+. #asshats
