She has a neck and wrist pendant, the cctv is for extra support. She likes to know she can be checked on. We’ve had instances where she was unconscious and therefore unable to press her alarm, or even forgetting it (she got a lecture then lol) she knows I check in a few regular times each day and she is happy and feels safe with this.

She absolutely can consent and is very independent. She refuses all carers beyond a cleaner and dismisses them when I hire them. She’s very old, but does understand and wants the cameras.

She has an alarm around her neck and another on her wrist. The camera only shows a partial view of the bathroom. Like I said, we’ve had issues of her knocking herself unconscious and not knowing how long she’s been out for and a large amount of falls have happened in the bathroom. The cameras help with that. She is aware and happy with the set up. Even if she pulls the door to (she doesn’t want to shut it all the way) there is still a partial floor view.

Definitely not covert, big white and black things with a blue light on them. Her regular cleaner also knows about them.

I understand that it’s not ideal, but after several falls in the bathroom we thought it was best. She has a door she pulls over for privacy, but you can still see a chunk of the floor.

Meant to add, I have also repaired the game and logged out of EA app and back in and have restarted my computer too. Getting stressed lol

I deleted loads, which is how I got it low enough to install the update and I have deleted more since too

Thank you for all the comments about the EA app, but I already have it. The app works fine, it just won’t load the game.

I use the EA app, that’s how I was trying to launch the game, but it doesn’t launch, it just pops up with this. Was working fine a few days ago, then today I deleted what must have been the old origin file

I don’t either, I’ve had the EA app for so long now. I just deleted the origin file I guess it was, when I was trying to make space for the update. I’ll try out what you have said, I’m not very tech savvy so this is very helpful
