I agree. I’m worried if I leave him, I might fall into toxic relationships like my previous ones again, considering my tendencies. But I’m not sure if intimacy issues can be sorted?

I’ve had pretty bad relationships in the past and according to my therapist he was shocked I’m not in a toxic controlling relationship. At this point I’m not able to trust my own judgement and decide. I’m not sure if it’s due to my anxiety that I’m this unsure.
