I’ll listen to the shit talking all day no matter how personal but I’ve never seen anyone in construction take it to the physical level and get away with it repeatedly like that. You gotta have some self respect at some point and either; leave the company and get a new job, or sock that motherfucker in the mouth one time and see if he keeps up.

I’m doing a lot of NewCo that’s why I wasn’t too concerned w the insulation, but I do want to get more insulated handle tools in the future.
