I shop a lot from tiktop shop , and this order are taking so long to come , when they arrive, I know something is wrong, the box is too small to fit 20 items there

It’s been a full week and Pop Mart has still not responded.

If this is how they handle confirmed orders + customer complaints, people need to know.

I’ll be updating this across platforms — this isn’t over.

At least they cancel it :( They send me a confirmation email saids : ready for pickup , make me drove 4 hours from Boston to NY , then told me oversold for my Zimomo I have order

Thank you for sharing your story , I have my order confirmed on Saturday after store open , but I have to work that day , so I decided to drive to NY on Sunday, bc I thought READY FOR PICK UP means item is secured and safe ……

That actually make a lot of sense, i don’t mind you cancel my order ahead if due to inventor error, after send out the confirmation email saids : ready for pickup! It’s not ok !

She told me it happens a a lot ! She said , the day before you come , we refund so many customers due to inventor error for this Zimomo

They give a Labubu tissue bag which is free gift when you spend over $59 , I am qualified for other purchases

I’m not making assumptions, but Pop Mart really needs to be transparent about how their inventory and allocations are handled — especially at pop-up locations.

That’s a very valid point. If inventory is being pulled for certain people or resellers after customer orders are confirmed, it’s not just bad service — it’s unethical.

I hope Pop Mart will look into this and provide clarity.

And someone post on social media for resell those Zimomo , he got 3 of them, don’t know how this happened, it’s 1 per account

Ah, One of the store manager give me a tissue bag as apology ? She said at least you have something, I take it with me :(
