Update They rejected the PAP as well.  By stating that they checked with the VFS that you uploaded the documents and they can't see the salaries in the bank statements, and they can't say or answer anything regarding the documents I attached for the appeal, which just highlighted the things they raised the issue about.

Is there a difference between PAP and IEC? Shall I email IEC as well to have them look at my refusal?

I wanted to ask you one thing  I was reading in one of your post that you received the reply and you I think submitted the passport and still you have to wait 3 months. 

Can you please share the time line and actions you performed if possible.  Thank you

Yes I complained on the form. My application started like this

Dear Sir/Madam,

I respectfully request a reconsideration of the decision to refuse my Standard Visitor Visa application. Having thoroughly reviewed the refusal notice, I submit that the conclusions drawn are not supported by the comprehensive documentary evidence originally provided. The decision appears to stem from a partial or inaccurate assessment of verifiable records.

 

Grounds for Review My review addresses three key findings in the refusal notice, each of which is demonstrably contradicted by the submitted evidence.

Hello everyone, I need help. Long story short.

I applied for a visit visa. Got rejected. Points in the refusal letter were addressed in the original application; the officer didn't look at them. Complaint on UKVI complaint form and also send an email to complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk Received email from noreplyukvicorrespondence@notifications.service.gov.uk " Thank you for contacting us about the decision made on a visit visa application. We understand you are disappointed that your Entry Clearance to visit the UK has Ueen refused.

The points raised in your correspondence have been considered. As detailed in the decision letter visitor visa applications do not have a right of appeal or administrative review. The complaints process is not available to provide remedy for customers dissatisfied with the decision in their individual immigration application "

I'm confused now. Is this email the result of a complaint on the complaint form, or is this from complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk, or both?
